Asking about an order

So that we can look into an order straight away, please include:

• the order number;
• the email address registered on your account; and
• what you expected and what actually happened, with a screenshot of any error message shown by the platform.

Your order number and its current status are listed under My Orders.

Never send us these

For your own protection, please never send the following, to us or to anyone claiming to be us:

• passwords;
• one-time sign-in codes (OTP);
• full payment-card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV and security codes;
• bank or wallet credentials, recovery phrases, or private keys.

We will never ask you for any of these. Any message that does is not from us: please ignore it and let us know.
