Instant delivery: how it actually works

Paying and receiving look like one step. They are two, and knowing the difference explains why some products arrive in seconds and others take a little longer.
Products held in stock — codes and ready accounts — are reserved for you the moment payment is confirmed, and appear in your library immediately. Nobody touches them by hand.
Products that are prepared for you — a subscription opened on your own account, a device activated — need a person. The order page shows the expected time, and the email arrives when it is done.
If something is late, open the order from My Orders. Its current state is written there, and the support thread sits on the same page, so you do not have to explain which order you mean.
